/me chuckles about the fact that so many people make comments about outlook web access, yet don't actually understand what its function is, and why it exists.

Which is why I scratch my head when I mention outlook web access, and people say "I use (suchandsuch)!"

It's like saying "I buy a car because I need to get to work!"
And somebody replying "I have a credit card, so I can buy a sandwich, why don't you try that, instead?"
