I'm customizing a new computer.

Problem is, I am a total PC n00b at times, and I don't wanna eff this up.
Basically, I want a great videocard, motherboard, etc. But I just don't know what to get exactly.

Any help would be appreciated, considering I have to personally tell MyCom what I want in my computer. All the little details, too. PC Cooling/Fan Silencer included.

Choices are often limited by a budget. You don't want to know how expensive of a machine I could configure without a budget.

I just did some conceptual thinking and a little price checking and I'm already over $3,500 just in equipment to cool the thing...

I have my budget set at 1,500-2000 bucks. And uh, a cheap cooler will do. And yes, I'll be ordering it customized. But I gotta tell them personally, and MyCom is a pretty cheap hardware shop, so they're not that expensive. HALP ME POWAR.
