Firefox 3 is horrid, absolutely horrid, and IE has always been bad.

Last time I checked, opera was the only browser that is stable enough to have 150+ tabs open without crashing (at last count I had over 130 open...I hate closing tabs)
It's closed-source and has no extension system. The widget system is crappy as well.

It is among the fastest browsers (in rendering HTML, JavaScript, etc..) right up there with Konqueror and Safari

A Koenigsegg ccx is a fast car. It doesn't change the fact it can't make it over speed bumps.

Opera is slow as fuck on my PC. Firefox is faster am confirmed.
