McAfee deleting email file attachments

Well, this isn't a problem I'm having but, I can't seem to find info on it. The person I ordered my new goalie mask from is having an issue where it seems McAfee is deleting any file attachment to an email that isn't .pdf. Has anyone heard of this or know how to stop McAfee from doing this?

Destroy the computer. McAfee won't be doing anything at that point.

Seriously though, remove virus definitions and reupdate. If that doesn't work, re-install McAfee, or replace McAfee, or format.

In that order. That's what I'd do.

Uninstall McAffee, run Crap Cleaner, and install Trend Micro Pc-Cillin.

What would you recommend? He said his subscription should be up soon.

I'll show you the mask when it's completed. I ordered it Monday, 5 week wait for build then 2 weeks to ship... He's in Europe somewhere. When I first get it, it wont be that "cool" as it will be plain white. Eventually I plan to paint it. I don't know what I want to do though. I was thinking theming it after my gamertag (Fl3xibl3Toast) and my gaming though, then on the chin have my number 42 with a towel as the backdrop for the number. On the backplate I'm going to find a vinyl blue star to wear sort of like a "blue star flag" that symbolizes a family member is overseas in combat (my dad), vinyl will be easy to remove when he returns. Then whenever I get hired onto a police department I want to have my badge painted on the backplate. So, backplate and chin is figured out but, the rest of the mask I only have a theme. I figured whoever the painter is could help me think of something, they're the artist after all.

I dunno, does the subscription matter? Can't he just uninstall it?

I'm sure he can but, why waste the money he already spent? It seems to serve him fine other than this issue. TBH, I use McAfee and I like it so I don't know what to recommend...

Oh and I figured I'd post these. These are pictures of the type of mask I'm getting, not my actual mask. The last picture is a slightly different mask but, has the teardrop shaped vent holes I asked for.
