| Well there is an handy LED on the inside that'll produce a code depending on the problem. It is item 13 on page 11 of the printed manual (or page 25 of the pdf).

| ok for the split second that it comes on it says would be a backwards h and a 5 which makes no sense, unless one of the LEDs are broken. i just tried changing the battery and now the backwards h has a line at the top also. Last edited by underzr0; March 25th, 2008 at 06:58 AM. |

| The backwards h 5 could be S 4 upside down.

| Anyway, look up those code in the manuals that came with the motherboard. I will give you a hint that it is an nVidia reference motherboard for the 680i chipset so similar boards from eVGA should be very similar. |

| Hrm. I can only fathom that it shut downs before it can actually produce a reliable code on the LED's. There shouldn't be a letter past F as the LED's display only hexadecimal. Basically start from the beginning with the most recent hardware change. This also includes any BIOS updates and what you were doing/did right before the system failed. |

| i do remember that it said something about the USB devices not working or something, i then rebooted then it was working again, i was also on the internet and downloading torrents (i checked them and they all didn't look like a Virus) then it shutdown. so maybe its 85 USB Unit something... |

| What USB devices were you using? List all the external devices connected to your machine.
