QFT. I hate Itunes. It's a resource hog, and it's full of bloat.

Quicktime is OK, but you have to have iTunes with it. So I use Quicktime Alternative, which has far superior performance to the official codec.

iTunes is bloated, takes too much memory, that is true.

iTunes takes to much memory I agree, but otherwise I love it because it's simple to manage my music library with it (well except that it does not exist for Linux so I don't use it anyway )

Thank god I don't have any apple products installed otherwise I'd break into an uncontrollable rage if the updater asked me to install anything other than updates.

1) It's easy to make and organize playlists.
2) I can stream those playlists to my xbox.
3 It's not too much of a resource hog.
