VLC is only good as a video player, and it's mediocre at that.

Huh? Are you brain dead? VLC is the most divine of all media players! It is my default on Windows/Mac/*BSD/GNU/Linux.

I admit to only use iTunes to sync to my iPod, it is very good at doing that.

Except VLC can't even fucking rewind. It also looks crap. Foobar without no plugins installed looks nicer.

VLC has an industrial/functional look, the Mac version is the only one that looks unique and looks good.

VLC sucks it doesn't work properly when you have a XGL server running thus Totem > VLC
