Sounds like one big ad for DivX with "Oh and it's coming to the PS3" thrown into the middle.

There's not really a lot to say about it, it's going to make streaming rundundant, just stick your avi files onto the PS3 and play from there... time to buy a USB memory stick!

Yeah, No problems at all. The first time I ran the test connection I was a little worried because it wasn't working but after I cancelled and did it again runs ps2 online perfectly. Even played Killzone online for the first time yesterday. It was fun. I got my ass handed to me, but it was fun.

DivX/Xvid is what AVIs typically tend to be encoded with.
