Nintendo is actually best they send you the replacement 1st then you send back the defective unit in the same box

You cant blame ups or fedex for doing what their paid to do M$ could ship it next day or even 2 day if the wanted to but they wont cuz of the cost

UPS 3 day ground turned into a week. Fedex was good and got my xbox back in 3 days.

Not from My experience, I had to send the console back to them in the post, and they sent it back fixed in about 7 days.
On the phone they were trying to make it sound like it were my fault, also they would not repair the console until I sent the receipt back to them

Same here. Had to send in my unit first. Had it back within a week. But their customer support gave me no trouble whatsoever. Overall good experience.
