Depends on if I'm online when you join or not. And I get the feeling Daver would get me in trouble if I did that. I'd have to ban myself as well to make up for it.

Ban hammering yourself sounds awkward and messy... I wonder if I can do it here.

You might have to ban both of us shortly, since we keep staying off topic.

I picked up Gran Turismo 5: Prologue this past Sunday. As I expected, its classic GT at its best. The cars feel great, and the whole atmosphere of the game just makes the game what it is. From the classy music in the 'My Page' menu to the realism of each car racing around each track. For what is called a 'demo' version, there sure is alot of content in the game.

People always whine about car customization like decals and stuff, but I think the its best for the GT series to embrace the vehicle on it's own. The game isn't about putting some gay flames on the side of your car, its about realism, and I don't think people would look at GT the same way if they added to much of that kind of car modding.

I haven't play Forza 2 before, but i'm not about to waste money on a 360 that might screw me anyways. But I have serious doubts that theres another racing game that can take the podium away from the GT series.

Although the game is amazing I do have one small annoyance about it. The online. Not so much the simple lobby system, but the people that play it. I almost can't stand playing online because people act like its motorstorm or something. If i'm the better racer and i'm passing you on pure skill of driving, dont plow me into a wall, save that for motorstorm, where the game is actually about plowing people into walls. But as I cannot control the actions of other, I hope that the higher level races will bring more mature players. I've only played on the beginners races so maybe, just maybe that is why this problem arises.

Oh and btw, to piratethom or anyone who can answer this question (mainly piratethom lol). Is there any word on an update for online? Because the lobby system really needs to be better then that, and maybe more content??....

Polyphony plan to update the game on a regular basis right up until GT5 launches.

Online systems are being worked on, they aren't happy with that yet and damage is also being added to stop slamming.
