I saw a television ad for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue/PS3 bundle last night.

That was a really well done ad, it just showed gameplay footage and then the box of the bundle and the price

So, there's now a rumour that the London track in GT5P is more or less a sneak peak at The Getaway 3.

It apparently uses the same assets, but the Getaway 3 should look better as it will only be 720p/30fps.

Game available today, there was actually a small crowd of guys in their twenties casually picking up the box and stroking it before putting it back with a strained look in their eyes. I foresee quite a few PS3's being shifted soon.

Of course I bought it. Will play it later tonight.

I haven't decided if I'll get it or not. I'm not really a big fan of the GT series since I prefer and am very used to the arcadey racing games where the brake button is just there for show. If I get the Prologue I can guarantee that I won't get the full version game, however the lower price tag for the Prologue may force me into an impulse purchase.

Well, mine shipped today, should be here tomorrow or Saturday.

Looking forward to finally getting behind the wheel of some sweet cars. Now, to buy the steering wheel I'm after.

I've already noticed that it has a hard drive install, probably the same as Warhawk where it runs everything from the HDD to keep everyone on the same loading level for online.
