Some minor site changes

We figured no one would have a problem with these changes, so went ahead and made them.

Minimum characters per post changed from 10 to 3.
Maximum characters per post changed from 20,000 to 30,000
Pictures per post changed from 4 to 10(please include 56K warning if needed)
Time between posts changed from 30 seconds to 15 seconds
Maximum number of choices on a poll changed from 10 to 15
Members can now change their choice in polls
Birthdays will be removed from the calendar
Minimum characters required for a search changed from 4 to 3
Added fields for online gaming ID's to the User Profile

Hopefully no one has any problems with any of these changes.

It's a start anyway. We're still just finding out what we can and can't do on our own. We may make other small tweaks as we find things.
