The series has gone downhill since the original Mario Kart. It was by far the best one and personally it still sounds wrong to have anything but karts in Mario Kart.

Arguably so has Nintendo. SNES>>>N64>GC. I'll leave the Wii off that because I don't want to put a current console on that list. But it could easily be put above the N64.

Yeah its like my 3rd most anticipated game and it looks great. Who cares if the graphics are a little out of date, I still play it on 64 all the time and I have no problem.

Mario kart ds>Mario Kart 64>Super Mario Kart>Mario kart DD

Double dash was pretty sad and the whole double kart was dumb. Mario Kart ds is sooo good though. This one might even top the list too.

BTW I haven't played the one on GBA, but I'm guessing its not that great.

You'll get no argument from me with that statement. And the only proof needed that original Mario Kart is better than Mario Kart 64 is Rainbow Road. Mario Kart 64's Rainbow Road didn't deserve to be called Rainbow Road.

its mario KART! not mario racer. i honeslty would rather have only karts than karts and bikes....

Definately. Look at all the racing franchises out there that just use cars all the time. Why should Mario Kart have to be any different? The types of vehicles you drive really has no impact on the way the game plays.
