Photo Channel Update coming... meh

Nintendo plan to release an update for the Wii Shop Channel in December, with two main changes.

Oh yes, an update for the Photo Channel, woo! =D

The first update will be the ability to chose one of your photos as the Wii Photo Channel icon. The second some may not like.
The Wii Photo Channel will soon to play music files in the format .ACC (which are higher quality than MP3, and used a lot in iPods). This, however, will replace the existing mp3 support, meaning that you'll have to convert your music files into ACC to use in the Wii Photo Channel.
This update will be optional, so you will be able to keep using MP3 files if you don't update the channel.

But like wtf, that just sucks, there are so many other things that they could improve there... I won't be getting that update.

Don't think I've ever even gone into the Photo Channel before. Wonder if there's any particular reason that they feel they can only support one music format at a time?
