If you're a fan of FFTactics, you'll probably like this game.

I still have to beat Path of Radiance on the Gamecube before I get to Radiant Dawn on the Wii

Yay! It was finally released here, last weekend. I just completed chapter 5 (playing at normal without any gamecube data) So far so good.

The story doesn't seem as good as in Path of Radiance, and it's hard to deal with the complete switch of good guys/bad guys. (Daein was the enemy in PoR, and now you're fighting to help Daein while Begnion troops are suddenly cruel)

The small gameplay changes are very nice though. I like how the support bonus is now visualised, and terrain height advantage / climbing up and down is pretty nice too.
I also love how the game automaticaly detects the type of controller I'm using and changes the onscreen help accordingly.

This game will probably keep me playing for a few months, so missing out on Brawl doesn't feel so bad

Haven't played [much] of this, but I want to.

Seems like it removes all the things I don't like about Advance Wars (In the nicest possible way).
