Default Internet Channel Video Support

Just wanted to know, does the Internet channel stream any type of video format?

Hello Bill. I'm pretty sure the Wii cant stream video like WMV and some others. But it can watch embedded video like those from Youtube.

I think flash 7 is all it does... Which isn't even the latest flash but, good enough for youtube.

I hope they update the flash because its getting annoyingly out of date.

It supports anything up to Flash 7. That means Youtube will work, but it means most newer flash games don't. I did however discover imeem.com which runs in Flash 7, so you can go there for free (and fast) streaming music, on-demand (requires a free account, but I already had one before I even knew the Wii could use it, it's a cool site in the first place).
