I want 3rd parties to start making region free Wii games. The region coding is up to the developer/publisher and not mandatory. That would be a step in the right direction.

And I don't see the point in delaying stuff, I would have bought Super Paper Mario if it had been released in the spring when there weren't any other games but now? No! (not that it is a bad game, it looks fun and all but I have enough games for now)

Bah. I agree with Darth Alec here. It's not gonna happen anyway. Nintendo just needs to get better at releasing titles in Europe.. which probably won't happen either.

Its probably Nintendo of Europe's fault, not nintendo as a whole. And an online petition won't work, unless you regularly send in letters to them and to any nintendo gaming magazines the link to the petition and the intentions of it, etc. and maybe a small argument on why you guys should get release dates a lot closer to US/Canada and even Australia in some cases beat you guys to the punch. Heck, they beat us to the punch, Lost Odyssey was released Feb 7th there -_-

It's not that, it's the fact EU discs have multiple languages, while the UK only speaks English.

If the game is out in America, it's ready and in English, so why make the UK wait?

Plus, if they don't have to localise, the UK gets it sooner and then English speakers in other countries can import and still play.

Realistically, everyone who speaks English wins. It's the people who don't that lose out.
