Brawl videos to PC

Send your output to a capture card. Only way to do it, I think.

Unless you save your Brawl videos to your SD card.. then you just need a SD reader in your PC...

Isn't there a time limit of like 3 minutes on internally recorded Brawl videos? Though I guess most matches only last a couple of minutes by default, so maybe it's not that big a deal.

I dunno I wont pick up Brawl until its in the Bargin Bin, I have only ever enjoyed the others when I have been drinking with buddies so.... it doesnt rate a full priced purchase from me.

As I said in another topic "so you'll wait until the next nintendo system comes out, then?"

Brawl will probably be a 40-50$ game for at least 2 years, then go to 30$ and remain there another 2 years, just like with Melee. By then Nintendo will probably have another console on the horizon and it will be due to a clearing of stock of wii games as the only reason it'll hit 20, rather than slow or poor sales.

Ah, will it read the videos? Hmm, I wonder if I can do that through my camera.

If anyone tries this out let me know if it works. Or maybe post a video in this thread. I'll try to see if it works today hopefully.

I was wondering this also just for curiosity purposes.

if it doesn't work yet someone will probably find a way to read the format and make a converter.

I don't have Brawl, but from what I've seen on the Dojo, the 'videos' aren't real videos but recorded game data. So a converter would need to have access to all the character models, textures, stage layouts, etc.
I think a capture card is the only realistic option.
