My game is clocked at 26 hours of play (one playthrough on Mild and one on Bitter), so maybe that's not long and replayable enough for him (I am missing a lot of T-shirts and skipped most of the free fight missions)

Fair enough. But it is short on long term replayability compared to the lower-priced and fuller-featured CoD4 for PS3.

If Kohi only owned a Wii, then I'd include MoH:H2 as a good suggestion, but with a PS3 in the picture, it's no contest.

Mines about the same (27-29 I think), but I'll probably get it to about 60 once I've unlocked everything (I left some stuff in mild) but it's the kind of game I'll play again and again, just like killer7. When suda told ign the game is 100 hours, I kind of believe it.

I probably love this game more than anything though.

(Zelda is 40 hours, SPM is 20... Yeah there's not a lot of really long games on Wii atm. This is not news, however.)

CoD4 is lower-priced? Since when?

I'd recommend Mario Galaxy or Umbrella Chronicles.

yeah, i was going to say umbrella chronicles. that would go nicely in a college setting. endlessly shooting zombies in a rails on style game. easy to pick up whenever and play a little bit.

oh and welcome back kohi.

Welcome back Kohi.

I think all the really good games have been covered in the thread already. But I will definately say RE4, BWII MP3 are all really decent games. They deserve your love.

You could get:
SSX Blur if you wants a sports games
BWII for a third person strategy
Zelda for a puzzle solving adventure game
Call of Duty 4 for a first person shooter
Metroid Prime 3 for a first person adventure

And thats about it for fairly good games. But if you are going to college you probably would not what to buy all of them especially if leave the Wii at home rather than your dorm.
