Is it at least cheaper then the other versions? Or are they going to charge full price for this? What's funny is that it will sell more then the 360 and PS3 versions (on a similar timeline).

Leons complete version... missing a bunch of stuff that are in the other incomplete versions.. but you know Nintendos online makes perfect sense.. and so does half a game.

It's just a PS2 port. Harmonix doesn't care about it and thus didn't try very hard. "lol just throw some bonus songs in there" was probably how the meeting went for this one. Basically, Harmonix was like "o shit" when they saw how well GHIII was doing on Wii, so they just wanted to rush thing this thing out there as fast as they could.

I don't see how it's possible to defend this. Everything happening here is everything we don't want to see happening with Wii.
  • Lazy devs - check
  • Weak (in this case non-existant) online - check
  • PS2 port - check
I truly hope this game completely bombs in terms of sales. Maybe then Harmonix will think twice the next time.

No. Same price.
I'm sure they take console limitations and common Wii consumer into account also.

It's a shame that the console with the worst showing is going to win this gen...

No DLC I could perhaps see due to the lack of a HDD, but no online at all? Not even leaderboards? What's their excuse?

Either Nintendo doesn't have enough online support or Harmonix/EA don't care. Take your pick.

This has been my frustration with EA for years. They do everything half-assed, yet their game sales are still through the roof.

Vote quality, people!

It's Harmonix. If Hooked! Real Motion Fishing has online, Rock Band should easily have an online mode. Even a completely basic one, whatever, but no online at all is a slap in the face. They could've done it. But like I said, they're just putting it out there to steal some of GHIII's thunder.
