| So I decided I'd go ahead and finish up Super Metroid, but when I got to the screen that said, "You will need the Classic Controller for this game," instead of just continuing with the GC controller like it used to, it now says, "Please insert the Classic Controller or press A to return to the Wii menu." So I press A - on the GC controller - and I go back to the Wii menu. Is there anything I can do about this besides buying a Classic Controller? I'm not the only one with this problem, right? |

| nope, unfortunately its standard... dunno why they did it, but gc controllers and classic controllers only work on either both, or certain games... |

| You're supposed to press either L or R on the GC controller, NOT A. L or R will make it so that the GC controller will work... and it definitely works for Super Metroid.

| I pressed L/R when I got to that screen, but no go.

| Hmmm... and you're positive the GC controller is fully functional?
