To assure the highest quality of service, we ask a few of our most valuable customers about our service every week. By taking the time to fill out this survey, you will help us meet our goal of 100% consumer satisfaction. Please base your answers on your most recent e-mail contact with Nintendo. What was the reason for your contact with Nintendo? Lack of online support and not consumer friendly. It is the biggest pain in the world and I am seriously considering buying a Microsoft Xbox 360 due to them actually listening to their costumers about some of the very annoying issues. ( 3 rings of death= longer warranty, own hotline) Please rate the service: Excellent Good Fair Poor Please provide the reason for this rating: Pre-prepared letter made me feel like I was talking to a robot not a person. How did I do. I decided to do it as a normal person. With most of you doing it "professional like" I decided to make it look like normal people cared too.

| Looks fine to me. I'm going to get my friends to email them as well, even if they don't currently own a Wii. The whole system is just retarded. I have no problem with friend codes as long as they are on a system level. I just want one person from Nintendo to tell me why they think game specific codes are necessary. What do they offer that you cannot achieve with the system friend codes and individual friend lists for each game? I'm assuming they had some reason but I just can't figure it out. It doesn't make it any more configurable or any more secure for little Johnny. Stupid!

| yup I got the exact same thing... thats the point of a form letter. at least the fact that they made a from letter just for friend code complaints at least means they're receiving plenty of complaints.

I am 17 years old and I feel that the friend code system is a big mistake on Nintendo's part. I think that online safety for children is very important, and certainly you could add in an option that requires friend codes if that option is enabled. As it is, it is nearly impossible to play with interesting people from across the world in wii games, which is very unfortunate, as it is something that might be able to please a great deal of people, please rethink this Nintendo! The fate of the Wii, might be in your decision on this matter! A great fan, Nicholas Karl Well that was my letter, I hope if we send enough they might change something... |

| I got the same pre-made letter as you guys. It's obvious that they will keep replying with this; our only hope is to get many people to flood them with e-mails to convince them to change their minds. EDIT: I just send them an e-mail roughly the same as my last one regarding the friend codes, except this time I included the pre-made letter and specifically told them not to reply with it. Let's see them weasel their way out of this one... |
