Wall of pain= great aerial control + high priority

And just to let you all know competitive play is most likely going to consist of items for a while. With some tweaking.

And a tier list won't be any where near accurate for years. They probably won't even release an official one for a while as that will hurt the community as people will only develop certain characters.

People are still arguing over the current melee list even though (at least the top tier) the metagame is so fleshed out.

It is the unfortunate natural way for a fighter to have a couple characters rise to the top. After all only one character can be the best right? It's inevitable

That's what I've been thinking recently. Not just right after release, either. It seems like Sakurai's at least trying to take items to a competitive level. Like, even with the Smash Ball you need to damage it enough to grab it.

Now that it's getting released in February it gives me time to play other online games like MoH heroes 2 and guitar hero III.

Falcon air combos in SSB = cheap and annoying, unless you're the one doing it.

But really, when done right, it's impossible to escape. :|

I meant in Melee... fun times.

But yes, I'm aware of the cheapness of Falcon's air combos in SSB. You've introduced me to his Up Air repeatedly before.
