Call of Duty 4

I've enjoyed this game a lot. Haven't had too much time to play games lately but this has definitely been my most played. I'm stuck at the end of "One Shot, One Kill" on the SP campaign. I cannot get passed the part where you are by the ferris wheel having to snipe all those guys that just keep coming and coming. Anybody have any tips on that?

The MP is awesome so far even though I've only had a chance to play for an hour or so. I ranked up twice and it's already getting addicting.

For that part your stuck on....I just laid down next to the sniper with me and picked the enemies off before they even had a chance to get close. Some got through, but I was able to get them before they get me anyway.

Right now I'm at rank 51...you think I should go into Prestige mode when I get there?

I'm about the same rank. I think I've decided to do prestige at least once to give it a shot. Hell, ranking up will be much faster this time around now that I'm a lot better.

so I rented it a couple weeks back, and I was really impressed by it. The multi player is so much better than halo's.

I've been playing Call of Duty 4 for awhile now, and just recently played Halo 3 again for the first time in ages. Man, Halo 3's graphics look like complete shit. The multiplayer just feels so old.

Really?

I just played Halo 3 the other night online for the first time in a couple of months and I really liked it.

Both games have their good and bad online. COD4 suffers more from lag than Halo does. At least in my experience.

I can also tell/feel when I've shot someone more than in COD4. Graphics wise?

Yeah, COD4 looks better, but Halo 3 doesn't look like shit to me. There's a lot more happening in Halo 3 and it still runs so smooth.

Personally, I like Halo 3's multiplayer more, only because it's easier to play when you don't want t pay complete and total attention, yay shields!

I hate Halo 3 because of the shields... It always goes like this: shoot somebody a little while running up, then melee and hope your shields are higher then the other person. The last time I tried playing Halo I ended up throwing my controller. I haven't done that in at least 5 years. The whole run and smack with no tactics at all thing just pissed me off too much.
