You're right. Even if MS and Nintendo said lets put it out on both, Sony still has their fingers in the pie.

If there is one thing Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo all need to be adults about, it would to be put Goldeneye on each console. With cross platform play like Thom said, even though that's impossible.
