I just found it did arcade racing right. I had a lot of fun. Running from the cops. and shit.

I rented it because I was extremely bored one weeked. It was fun for a few minutes, but it didn't match up against the other good driving games.

My opinion - "meh"

If there's a tier less than "meh," I'd give it that instead. TDU is so much better it makes my brain hurt just thinking about it. And don't even try to bring up PGR in the same sentence. Just don't.
