I've been tracking mine the whole way. UPS has taken no less than 7 days for each back and forth shipment. MS had the console for something like 4 days (maybe less, but no more than 5) and I've been w/o my console for about a month. That means that my console's been with UPS for about 3 weeks.
Now, I know it's 3-5 BUSINESS days, so the fact that it takes 7 days isn't longer than they promise, but it's still a pisser that even once it couldn't have been less.
