That was some fucked up idea the new admins had to make all the submitted news from the main page be linked to James' account and automatically be posted, except under the name "Commenting System".

If you mean "is James a real person", then yes. He was the old admin. When the new ones came, they made the news posts be automatically generated under his account for some strange reason.
