I downloaded a driver from Microsoft, then any emulators that support a gamepad that uses analog sticks will work. Most of the non-shitty ones do, and pretty much every emu PS1 and N64 and above do too. In fact, some emulators recognize that controller specifically (i.e. Nestopia for NES games recognizes the 360 pad itself instead of identifying it as a "Gamepad") and so supports all of the buttons/features on the pad (And it is programmable to use whatever buttons for what you want. I usually use A for B and B for A (Since the NES layout was BA instead AB) then the left and right triggers for turbo).

I recommend Nestopia for NES, ZSNES for SNES, and Gens for Genesis, they seem to be the best emus for those systems. Nestopia plays basically every NES game, even plays a lot of games that have damaged header/mapper information (most emus will not play these or they will go buggy and out of sync if you try to play them). ZSNES and Gens are the same, they play practically all of the games available on those systems.
