My personal favourite tip is: Chill the fuck out. Sooner or later you'll get one that works, and then you'll be able to live happily ever after.

My 360 has outlived quite a few appliances in my house.

An excellent tip! I'll add it. People act like it's the end of the world they can't play games for a few weeks. Sure, it sucks and is an inconveniece, but try going outside or something! Imagine what it was like when your parents were young. No video games EV-ER!

My experience was pretty satisfactory the 1st time around, the call only took about 6 minutes, took about 4 weeks to receive the 360, but it ran better than my previous one.

The 2nd one was worse though. The call was about twice as long, it came a LITTLE BIT quicker than the last replacement, but it had problems from the start, namely the disc drive.

At the current rate right now, I might have to send it in before I get a RROD b/c of the disc drive, been getting DREs out of the ass trying to play Lost Odyssey.

From my first i would give them a minus 10 the last experience was about a 5 still shit but much improved over the 1st

I would have to rate it a 7 cause if broke once, but got back home pretty fast. The only problem I had with it was that the customer service people kept on spelling my street address wrong, almost like it was on purpose >.>
