I'd say Sunday is "better" for me, but I'm good whenever.

My ultimate preference is very late on Friday or Saturday.

well "very late" wont work too well, because we have members in other parts of the world, and very late for us, is way too late for them. Thats why early evening, late afternoon for us in NA is probably best.

I work saturdays too, so I guess I wont be playing with you guys.

But feel free to send me an invite over Live if you wanna play Monday, Thursday, or Friday, those are my days off.

The "XBL Night" only worked when the Halo 3 beta was out

I work 10 hour shifts from noon to 11pm. About 20 minute commute each way, I leave like 15-20 minutes earlier than it takes to get there though, so Im not in a big rush to get ready for work.
