Capcom has released some details about the much anticipated Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles for Nintendo's Wii console. Ready for some amazing survival-horror gameplay? Go buy an Playstation 3 or XBox 360 and get Resident Evil 5, because RE:UC will be an on-rails shooter.

The game will take place in the first person perspective of many of the original characters from older Resident Evil game. You will use the Wii Remote's pointer abilities to look, aim, and take down the zombies this time. You will move around the old mansion in 3D and only be allowed to choose your path at certain branch points.
