This game is widely considered the best PS3 game on the market. I tend to agree because this is a solid game with many great features.

Gameplay:
Resistance Fall of Man is a great shooter. It has a wide variety of tactics and has a very interesting take on what a shooter should be. Its controls work flawlessly and it provides a very well rounded experience. The only reason that this game suffers is because it is inevitably compared to Halo and Gears of War and by that standard it is not up to par. While this game has great variety of weapons they just seem to pail before the options given in Gears. After playing both games considerably I have come to the conclusion that Gears simply has more personality and it is simply funner to play than Resistance.

Graphics:
The visuals in this game are sharp and impressive. It has a very well polished and finished look to it. The character and opponent animations are flawless and well defined while still staying fluid. If this game is an example of what the PS3 is capable of I am looking forward to see what they can make next.

Sound:
Great sound quality is very key to this game. The battle audio is flawless and exhilarating not to mention sharp and clean. This is an area in which the sound quality actually exceeds that of its rival Gears of War.

Value:
An overall short single player mode is a drawback but that is standard in Multiplayer shooters in recent years. It has a great online mode which is free to use which adds to the value of the game. You get a well polished game for your money.
